Our client is looking for a Business Development Representative to develop the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Research, gather, record and maintain pertinent information about each prospect and organization in Salesforce and HubSpot,,
using best practices, and utilizing LinkedIn, SalesNavigator, Google, association sites, lead lists and news feeds to include in the
target market database
• Identify multiple persona-relevant contacts per target account and facilitate multi-channel outbound campaigns (e.g. email,
phone, LinkedIn), ensuring messaging matches target persona
• Track, maintain and report lead generation activities (Salesforce and HubSpot)
• Responsible for the discovery and qualification of new prospects to SQL
• Work with the marketing team to initiate and manage our strategic lead engagement model
• Work remotely, productively to achieve individual, team, and company goals
• Actively contribute and self-report in regular individual and team sales meetings
• Stay up to date with market developments, industry trends, value propositions and pricing

Requirements:

• Self-starter, problem solver, flexible and open to feedback
• Excellent written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to craft compelling messaging
• Highly organised with a strong attention to detail and excellent time management
• ‘hunter’ mentality with 2+ years of experience in business development and lead generation, successfully prospecting and self-
generating leads.
• Fintech and or/financial services preferred, with proven success meeting quotas, and goals
• Open to creating and working with new ideas and methodologies
• Experience managing to metrics, leveraging technology in the marketing and lead development process, and maintaining an
accurate database within SalesForce
• Must successfully pass a thorough background check and have authorization to work in the home base country
