Our company is looking for a skilled healthcare customer service representative to join our growing staff.

Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
- Identify and assess patients’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with patients through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

What you need
- Fluent in spoken and written English. (Advanced C1+)
- Computer
Memory (RAM): 8-16 GB of RAM
Storage: 240 GB solid state drive, or larger.
